Welcome to All-Pro Training |
All-Pro Training focuses on helping athletes enhance their speed, explosion, agility, flexibility and conditioning. Working with All-Pro Training, not only will you see improvement in these areas, but you will also learn how to maintain the correct work ethic needed to reach your highest potential. The training is explosive, intense, positive, beneficial, and most importantly fun. Our mission is to reach out and help as many athletes as possible so they can compete at their highest level.

Dwight Galt, has been a member of the Terps' strength staff since 1989, in his 17th year at Maryland and his 12th year as the school's director of strength and conditioning. His responsibilities include managing the department's three weight-training facilities, and coordinating strength and conditioning programs for the Terps' 27 varsity sports, with special emphasis on football.
In addition to earning his bachelor's degree in business management in 1981 and his master's degree in exercise physiology in 1989 from Maryland, Galt is Master Strength and Conditioning Coach (MSCC) certified with the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches' Association and is currently one of just 43 coaches to earn this distinction.
It has been a great Experience for All-Pro Training to work with coach Galt. And learn the many things are needed in order to train each athlete the right way so they are able to reach their maximum potential. |
